Terms of Use (EULA)

1. License Grant

Nexus Insight Studio ("Licensor") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the NexusInsightCards Custom Visual for Microsoft Power BI in accordance with these Terms. The Free (Community) tier may be used perpetually with inherent feature limitations. The PRO tier requires a valid license key.

2. Intellectual Property & Restrictions

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, and trademarks, in and to the Visual belong to Nexus Insight Studio. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Visual or its offline licensing algorithm.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Visual's source code.
• Resell, distribute, or sublicense the PRO license keys to unauthorized third parties.

3. Freemium Model and Upgrades

The Visual is provided under a Freemium model. The Free tier restricts the maximum number of rendered KPI cards and locks advanced visual formatting (e.g., Variance Colors, Insight Texts). Attempting to bypass these restrictions without a valid PRO license key is a violation of this agreement.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Visual is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Licensor does not warrant that the Visual will meet your specific business requirements or operate without interruption.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nexus Insight Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, revenue, or profits) arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Visual, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
