1. Data Collection and Usage

NexusInsightCards ("the Visual") is a custom visual for Microsoft Power BI developed by Nexus Insight Studio. The Visual operates entirely within the client's Power BI environment (browser or desktop application).

The Visual does NOT collect, store, transmit, or share any of your dataset information, personal data, business metrics, or query results to external servers.

2. External Services & APIs

The Visual does not use any external APIs or third-party web services to process your data. All data processing, DAX formatting, variance calculations, and HTML rendering occur locally on the user's machine or within the secure confines of the Microsoft Power BI Service.

3. Licensing Validation

For users utilizing the PRO version, offline license keys are validated purely on the client side using a cryptographic signature verifier. This process does not transmit any data back to our servers. If licenses are managed via Microsoft AppSource, the Visual leverages the official Microsoft Power BI Licensing API, which is strictly governed by Microsoft's enterprise privacy standards.

4. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Visual after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
